At Goodwin Land Co. we buy and sell vacant land across the United States. You received an offer from us because we are interested in purchasing land in your area. If you would like to sell, please get in touch with us. If you do not want to sell, please disregard our offer.

What if I don’t want to sell for the price offered on your letter. Can I counter with something else?
Absolutely! We’re more than happy to work with sellers and negotiate a price that’s fair for all parties.
How did you obtain my information?
The property owner information we use to send offers is pulled from public record information.
How does the sales process work?
Once we come to an agreement, we will send you an offer-to-purchase that has the updated terms. From there, we will order a title search at a local title company and/or attorney’s office in your area. Once the title search comes back clear, we will have the title company and/or attorney prepare all necessary closing documents that you can either sign in-person or via mail-away closing. The closing process typically takes 2-4 weeks.
You are welcomed and encouraged to use your own attorney to review the closing documents before closing.
Will there be any other closing costs?
No. We will take care of any and all closing costs, and back-taxes within reason.
